Cork keep Healy

In a statement, released this evening on the clubs official website, Cork City FC have announced that international midfielder, Colin Healy has signed a two year contract with the club.
Speaking to CorkCityFC.ie shortly after signing this afternoon, Colin said: “I’m delighted to have signed for Cork City for the next two years. I’m looking forward to the season ahead, and hopefully we can push on from last season and enjoy further success in 2009.”
It was thought that Healy might look elsewhere due to a lack of negotiations with chief executive, Tom Coughlan but this news is a big boost for the Rebel Army as the new season looms closer.
