Derry v Shels called OFF
The FAI have announced that the Airtricity League Premier Division game between Derry City and Shelbourne, which was scheduled for the Brandywell on Saturday, September 7th, has been postponed due to international player call-ups.
Derry City’s request for a postponement was granted after two of their players were called up for international duty on Thursday night. Michael Duffy received a call up to the Northern Ireland U21s while Barry McNamee was called up by the Republic of Ireland U21s who play Germany at the Showgrounds in Sligo on Monday.
A new date for the fixture will be announced in due course.
