Bohs dominate writers' award nominations
Double winning Bohemians dominate the nominations for the eircom/Soccer Writers Association of Ireland (SWAI) Personality of the Year award.
Bohs manager Pat Fenlon, goalkeeper Brian Murphy and captain Owen Heary are all on the shortlist. They are joined by St Patrick's Athletic's PFAI Player of the Year Keith Fahey, Galway manager Jeff Kenna and Sligo Rovers boss Paul Cook.
Bohs stopper Murphy, who starred in Sunday’s FAI Ford Cup final, is also nominated for the Goalkeeper of the Year award together with Derry City’s Ger Doherty and UCD’s Matt Gregg. Murphy won the award last year.
The winners of both awards will be announced on the night of the eircom/SWAI annual banquet on Thursday, December 4th at the Hilton Hotel, Grand Canal in Dublin.
