Waterford United winding up case adjourned

The High Court winding up petition against Waterford United has been adjourned for two weeks.
The petition, brought by former manager Stephen Henderson, was made a month ago after the club failed to pay money owed after his dismissal and subsequent court win for breach of contract case in December last year in front of Judge Mahon.
Justice Laffoy this morning adjourned the petition for two weeks until July 29th after a change in the Waterford United legal team last week. Justice Laffoy said that no further adjournment would be granted and the case will go ahead in two weeks.
