The Extratime.ie Sportscast is launched

Let your ears rejoice with joy! Our podcast has returned and, somewhat Dr. Who-esque, it has regenerated into a new form. The Extratime.ie Sportscast, hosted by Stephen Pollard, is a podcast that will primarily focus on football in Ireland - League Of Ireland, Women's National League and their derivative competitions. Free to subscribe to and downloadable from iTunes, the first edition of the show is available here.
In the first Extratime.ie Sportscast, Stephen is joined by two Extratime.ie reporters, PJ Murray and Brian Fitzgerald, as they discuss the first round of games in the Airtricity Premier Division which drew to a close last weekend.
Sligo Rovers striker Danny North is the featured interview on the show as he talks about progress regarding his long term injury and how the Bit O'Red have performed so far this season.
In the second part of the show, Deniese O'Flaherty joins Stephen and Brian to talk about how the Airtricity First Division has progressed so far this season.
The Extratime.ie Sportscast will be a regular part of the overall Extratime.ie service as we continue to improve and expand our unrivalled coverage of the domestic game in Ireland.
