Wexford Youths will look to get back to winning ways when they host Shamrock Rovers at Ferrycarrig on Sunday but must plan without international call-ups Lauren Dwyer, Aisling Frawley and Ciara Rossiter.

Youths have slipped behind leaders Peamount and second-placed Raheny United after a surprise 3-2 loss to DLR Waves last time out.

The Hoops remain without Rebekah Carroll who is also involved in the re-arranged U17 international against Norway but the rest of their squad are in good shape.

“Our performances have been good recently even though have been beaten. We need to get a result now and take the chances we’re creating. We had three one against ones against Castlebar and didn’t take them. We’ve stopped the goals flying in but now we need to be putting the ball in their net,” said Rovers coach Stephen Craig.
