Shamrock Rovers travel south to Waterford United on Tuesday night for the quarter final of the EA Sports Cup at the RSC (KO 7.45pm).
Interestingly of the two Quarter Finals down for decision on Tuesday evening, both are being played in the South East and both feature Dublin Premier sides taking on first Division opponents.
The Hoops are coming into this game on the back of a victory over bitter rivals Bohemians, thanks to Extratime.ie Player of the Month for April, Gary Twigg, who netted two late goals to seal the win.

The fitness of captain Shane Robinson (hamstring), Sean Webb (back) and Ian Bermingham (calf) are Hoops’ boss Michael O’Neill’s chief concerns. br />
“Shane is extremely doubtful after coming off on Saturday with a hamstring problem,” O’Neill explained. “Sean is also doubtful, but Ian could make it as he’s now back in training.”
Waterford are reporting a clean bill of health ahead of this clash and have no suspensions however Declan Woodgate will be missing due to exams.
