Ireland move up FIFA World Rankings
With EURO 2012 less than two months away, the Republic of Ireland continues to climb up the world rankings. In the latest FIFA World Rankings, Giovanni Trapattoni's men move up one place to joint 18th alongside Switzerland.
Ireland's Group C opponents Spain remain in first place, with Croatia moving up two places to 8th. Italy have not fared as well however as they move down three places to 13th.
It's bad news for former Shamrock Rovers manager Michael O'Neill as Northern Ireland drop 13 places to joint 100th with Antigua and Barbuda. Scotland move up three to 48th whilst Wales jump seven places to 41st. England drop down one spot to 7th.
