Bray Wanderers to face Usher Celtic in the Leinster Senior Cup semi-final

First Division promotion hopefuls Bray Wanderers will face Usher Celtic in the semi-final of the Leinster Senior Cup.

Bray sealed their place in the last-four of the competition after seeing off Shamrock Rovers in the quarter-finals earlier this month at home.

Conor Davis and Joe Power struck for the Seagulls in their win as they ran out 2-1 winners.

Ireland Under-17 international Justin Ferizaj scored a late consolation for the Hoops.

They will face Usher Celtic who saw off Drogheda United to reach the semi-final.

Usher saw off Malahide United to reach the last-eight and it was there where they stunned the Boynesiders to qualify for the last four.

In the other semi-final Bohemians will play one of Wexford, Dundalk or Shelbourne.

The Gypsies sealed their final four berth thanks to a narrow 1-0 win at home to Crumlin United in front of over 1100 supporters.

John O’Sullivan netted for Declan Devine’s men.

But they must wait for their semi-final opponent following a delay in the quarter-final involving Wexford.

James Keddy’s men will face the winners of the tie between Shelbourne and Dundalk.

Dundalk were originally removed from the competition after failing to agree a date with Shels to play the game before the start of the 2023 League of Ireland season.

But following an appeal the Lilywhites are back in the competition and will face Shels on Friday at Oriel Park.

The winner of that game will play Wexford in the last-eight and the winner of that will play Bohemians.

All dates are to be confirmed
