Bohemian’s manager Declan Devine has announced his seventh new signing ahead of the 2023 season.

They are looking for an improvement on last season. They seemed well placed for a push for a European spot at one stage, but their results meant that they fell away from qualification.

They reached the quarter-finals of the FAI Cup before exiting to Shelbourne. Recent recruitment is aiming towards achieving this goal. One of the key areas needed was back-up in defence and goalkeepers.

This signing provides that. The 26-year-old Californian has spent the last three seasons with Longford Town and a loan period with Galway United.

He was a major part of the successful season enjoyed by the mid-landers despite falling short in their aim for immediate return to the Premier Division. He will be again linking up with his former boss, Gary Cronin, who is assistant manager at the club.

Dennison said: “I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to be part of such a massive club.

“After meeting with Declan, it seemed like a great fit to bring my game to another level. I can’t wait to get started working with James Dalbot and Chris Bennion. It was a good year for me under Gary Cronin, and he and Declan really want to push on and play a good brand of football.”

The club commence their season with a trip to Cork City on the 17th of February.
