St Patrick’s Athletic have announced that Harry Brockbank has signed a new contract with the club.

The 24 year old signed for the Saints midseason with the defender making 15 appearances for Tim Clancy’s men.

“Yeah I'm delighted to sign back, I can't wait to come back already, I'm looking forward to getting a good pre-season under my belt and hopefully we can have a successful season in 2023,” Brockbank said, speaking to the club’s media team.”

Manager Tim Clancy was pleased to get the deal over the line, “Harry did very well for us in the second part of the season , he featured in all four European games as well as our positive run of league form coming to the end of the season.

“He didn't have a huge run of games before joining us having come home from America, he did very well and we are delighted that he has signed back.

We are looking forward to getting a good pre-season into Harry & working with him in 2023.”

Brocbank began his career with Bolton Wanderers and made his debut during the 2018/19 English Championship season.

He saw two relegations while with the troubled club as Wanderers were relegated in 2019 and again in 2020 to send them to League Two.

The defender left the club in January 2022 to sign for El Paso Locomotive in the USL Championship before joining St Patrick’s Athletic in July.
