Signed Aaron Ramsey & Jack Wilshere Arsenal shirts go on auction for Mark Farren Fund

Last Friday, the family of Derry City legend Mark Farren made a public appeal for help in raising funds for medical treatment for the player in Germany.

The response has been nothing short of amazing. Donations have flooded in from fans, players and referees across the league as well as from a number of Irish Internationals.  

We are delighted to be able to auction two jerseys for this cause. We have been kindly provided with jerseys signed by Welsh International and Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey and English International and fellow Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere.

Both jerseys are now up on EBay and the bidding starts at 100 euro.

More initiatives to raise funds by former colleagues of Farren's – including Finn Harps' Kevin McHugh, ex-Derry City Ruaidhrí Higgins and Glenavon's Ciarán Martyn – will take place over the coming weeks, including collections at various games.
