Jan’s Biography
Jan was named in the Slovakia squad to take on the Republic of Ireland in a friendly in March 2016. Jan was playing with Austrian club Rapid Wien at the time. He had previously played for Slovakian club FC Senec and Dunajská Streda (who had actually merged with FC Senec in 2009) before heading to Greece to play for Panserraikos FC. He then returned to play a season at Dunajská Streda before going to Austria in the summer of 2011.
Jan was still playing at Austria Wien when he was included in Slovakia's squad for the 2016 European Championship.
