Ryan’s Biography
Ryan is a full back from County Donegal who joined the academy at Manchester United in July 2012. He went on captain the u21 squad there, whilst also receiving call-ups for the Rep. of Ireland u19 squad. Injuries preventing him making an impact in his last season at Old Trafford and he left Man United in August 2015. Ryan returned to Ireland and signed for Ollie Horgan's Finn Harps in November 2015.
Ryan made just one substitute appearance for Finn Harps in the Premier Division before joining Ballinamallard on loan in July 2016, while also signing an extended contract that would keep at Harps until the end of 2017. In January 2017 Ryan's loan was made permanent and he left Harps for the Mallards. In January 2018, Ballinmallard announced Ryan had left the club.
