Ger’s Biography

Ger is a forward who played with Bray Wanderers' U19 squad in 2011/12. He made his senior debut for Bray in a Leinster Senior Cup game against Longford Town on 12 March 2012. He featured in a summer friendly squad for Bray Wanderers against Scunthorpe United in 2012 and re-signed for the club's U19 squad ahead of their 2012/13 season.

He left Bray Wanderers in July 2013 and joined Wayside Celtic. He stayed with the club for a year before joining First Division side Longford Town in July 2014. He went on to make three substitute appearances for the club as they won the division and were promoted. He re-signed at Longford for the 2015 season but in February he switched to Cabinteely FC ahead of their inaugural season in the League of Ireland First Division.

Ger then left Cabinteely in July 2015 in order to sign for Premier Division Drogheda United under the stewardship of Johnny McDonnell. While at Cabinteely, Ger scored three goals in his sixteen appearances for the First Division side. Ger went on to make ten league appearances for Drogheda United as the club were relegated on the last day of the season.

In 2016 Ger moved to Bray Wanderers and made 36 appearances that year, finishing as the club top scorer with 9 goals. He remained with the Seagulls for two more seasons, leaving the club after relegation to the First Division at the end of 2018.
