Ciaran’s Biography
Ciaran came through Aston Villa's youth acadmey and has been at the club ever since making his debut in August 2009. In January 2021, Ciaran signed a new two year deal with Newcastle.
Having played for England at underage level, Ciaran pledged his international allegiance to the Republic of Ireland in October 2010. He made his senior debut against Wales at the Aviva Stadium on 8 February 2011 and, ahead of the 2016 European Championship, he has 17 caps and 2 goals to his name. He was included in the Republic of Ireland's final squad for the 2016 European Championship.
