The Extratime.ie Sportscast Episode 110 - Louise Quinn - Nakul Pande

The podcurse has finally been lifted and – following weeks of events that would be considered to implausible even for the writers of Fair City – Dec and Dave got back in the studio this week.

On the show this week, the lads talk to one of Europe's top defenders – and, handily enough, one of our own – as Ireland and Arsenal's Louise Quinn joined them on the line from London.

Quinn spoke about life at Arsenal, her disappointment at missing out on an FA Cup medal at Wembley last week and dealing with her Dutch teammates after last month's World Cup qualifying defeat.

And they're also joined on the line by Nakul Pande of Guerilla Cricket, the alternative commentary site who have secured the rights to ball-by-ball commentary of Ireland's historic first men's test against Pakistan in Malahide, beginning on Friday, May 11th.

The lads also talk drama at Cobh Ramblers, the rollercoaster ride that is Shamrock Rovers' form and the officiating problems in the Women's National League that have some players appealing for more protection and higher standards all round.
