Watch: Scenes as Bohemians leave it late to snatch the Dublin Derby from Shamrock Rovers

Darragh Leahy scored a dramatic winner nine minutes into injury time as Bohemians claimed the Dublin Derby bragging rights in Tallaght.

The Hoops led at the break thanks to an acrobatic finish from striker Dan Carr - his fourth of the season - but Bohs levelled 20 minutes from time through Dan Byrne.

And Leahy netted in the most thrilling of circumstances late on when he expertly poked Danny Grant's cross past Kevin Horgan.

Rovers took the lead midway through the first half as Carr got on the end of Graham Burke's inswinging cross to karate kick past Bohs keeper Shane Supple for his fourth goal of the season.

Carr continued the acrobatics with his trademark backflip celebration.

And the game got flip-turned upside down after the break, but not before Grant was denied a penalty for what looked a clear foul by Luke Byrne.

Bohs did eventually get the equaliser their play merited when he showed great techique to send a cushioned a volley past Horgan.

And it looked set to finish all square before Leahy, a winter recruit from Coventry City, finished well to ensure all three points went to the red and black side of the city.
