Watch: Sean Maguire and Alan Browne on target as Preston edge closer to play-offs
Sean Maguire and Alan Browne were both on the scoresheet for Preston North End as they beat promotion rivals Bristol City 2-1 at Deepdale to move a point off the play-off places.
Maguire continued his remarkable return following a four-month lay-off as he bagged his second winner is as many games for the Lilywhites.
The former Cork City striker scored twice in 25 minutes on his comeback against Bolton Wanderers on Saturday, and took just five minutes to net the decisive goal on Tuesday night.
The Kilkenny man showed good strength to shrug off the attention of two defenders before stroking the ball neatly home to make it 2-1 to the home side.
This guy. What a goal, what a player! ????
